When it was time to sell there was no question on which realtor would be the best. Kim gave excellent advice, has a large network of contacts for anything you need house related and will get you the best deal possible.

We worked with Kim over the past few months to buy a house. She was easy to get a hold of and work with. We toured quite a few houses with her and felt like she listened to what we wanted and needed. We didn’t feel like she was trying to push us into anything. We ended up finding “the house” just before she was scheduled to go on vacation. Kim even worked with us on vacation, through phone and email, so that everything could happen in a timely manner. During our final walkthrough, we came across a problem with the house that was not evident during the inspection. Kim was on the phone calling and texting pictures of the problem to try to get ballpark quotes from her contacts, so that we had an idea for what to negotiate. We had competing offers and sold our home for full asking price, no closing help, and very minor expenses paid per the inspection - largely because of her negotiation skills. She also had great advice on home staging and brought in a professional stager to help us (who was also outstanding and gave us simple ideas we could do ourselves).
